I've had my entire apartment contents in storage at Morena for around 4 months. Yesterday, I had to move out a queen-sized mattress box spring to move to my daughter's new apartment. Although I have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful, yesterday's service was exceptional! Todd helped my daughter and me move out a bunch of boxes and furniture to get access to the mattress and then assisted in getting the boxes/furniture neatly back into my space. He then carted the mattress down for us. We planned to tie the mattress to the roof of my SUV to move, and Ezra took over this job for us and secured the mattress with impressive rope-tying skills! We had been a little stressed about this, but his help made the job easy. Thank you, Morena Self Storage and your helpful staff, for your great service. Karin L. |
